Faith Roots Radio is a ministry of Good News For Israel, a 133-year-old ministry of education & reconciliation between the Jewish and Christian communities regarding the issue of the Messiah Yeshua/Jesus Christ. Good News For Israel strives to teach the Messiah did not come to start a new religion, but to fulfill His own. He was representing the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob/Israel. We also take a strong stand against anti-Semitism.

History shows that believers in Jesus were separated from the roots of their faith by the actions of Rabbi Akiva (135 AD) and the Council of Nicaea (325 AD). Additionally, while many positive things came from the Reformation and the teachings of Luther, his teachings took a negative turn towards anti-Semitism in later years, something many scholars believe ultimately became the theological foundation of the Holocaust.

Let’s reconnect the roots.

Paul's teachings clearly show that God had no intention of separating the branches from the roots (See Romans 11 for an example). Rather, it was the objective to unite the branches and the roots into one new man (See Ephesians 2).

It is Good News for Israel's mission to facilitate this reconciliation of Jew and Gentile into one new man. Through the ministry of Faith Roots Radio, Good News for Israel is engaging in a dual purpose ministry - one that comes alongside the church to inform it of its true Hebraic roots and the purpose of Israel, and, secondly, one that provides an outreach to the Jewish unbeliever.
